They took the time to walk us through different types of coffee, helped us choose the right espresso machine for our needs, and trained us on how to use it properly to pull the perfect shot. Three and a half years later, their support hasn’t stopped. They continue to help us maintain a high standard of quality, which means everything to us and our customers. Most recently, James came out to train our new baristas and gave the rest of our team a valuable refresher on dialing in great espresso. was looking for fair trade organic dark roasted mexican beans, not that i am particular or anything :) Their Mexican chiapas not only fit the bill, but is some of the best coffee i have tasted for a great price! I order it all the time. Every one of their other coffees i have tried have also been great. Amazing company doing great work!

I stumbled onto Seven Hills a couple years ago when I was trying to find more of a “seasonal” offering I’d received from a coffee subscription. It was a coffee from Papua New Guinea and it was by far my favorite. Most other companies only had limited batches and very short availability. I ordered some from Seven Hills and it was even better and has been available consistently. They have so many varieties and blends and we’ve tried several. All have been wonderful. I love their philosophy and that they offer so many fair trade varieties and organic varieties as well, and their roasting method. I continue to regularly place orders online and they always come fast, fresh, and delightful. I’ve referred many friends to them because they are just awesome. They are a great choice if you are looking for some quality coffee options.

So I needed some coffee on the way home today, and I found this place. I had heard of them and seen them at the Cincinnati coffee festival, but had never been to their location. I was greeted instantly and had fresh roasted (that morning) beans within 10 minutes. The people were incredibly polite and helpful. I then brought the roast home, grinded it up… and it did not disappoint. The Viennese Roast is fantastic for espresso. Got some pics. A+ Cincinnati coffee roaster

A real treasure find! This small local coffee roaster imports and crafts coffee for restaurants throughout cincy. You can also walk in and get a few pounds of grounds or whole beans. The staff know the ins and outs and can custom blend a bag for you. It is a real neat spot if you want real amazing coffee.
